Reading goals and habits or a look at how my reading routine changed throughout the year 📔💭

2020 debuts(3)Hello everyone!

I’ve talked about this quite a lot on the blog since I started posting in January, but I began the year setting a goal for myself: reading at least one chapter of a novel every evening. The past few years, I had not been reading as much as I would have liked, struggling to finish a few novels and I couldn’t understand why. So I decided this would be a great way to get back into reading and rekindle my love for it, and it worked wonderfully. At this point in the year, I have read 70 books, and this number will surely be a bit higher by the end of December, which is a huge achievement for me. The Fall Bucket List Book Tag: hello colder weather! 🍂☁️

2020-debuts2.pngHello everyone!

I mostly discovered books as they came out, but definitely not a year or even two before they were on shelves. All of that changed, of course, when I started talking about books online and blogging; now I am very much aware of so many of the books that have yet to be released and it’s been so much fun! But also, sometimes, when I’m trying to think about a novel I’d like to read, the first one that comes to my mind is one that is not available yet and then I want to cry. 😭Read More »

Life and reading update: moving, settling in and reading in-between 🍂📙

life update

Hello everyone!

I was going to write a wrap-up post as a way to come back to blogging at the start of October. Today is October 11th as I am writing this and I realized it simply was not the right post to write. September was really an intense month, which is why I was mostly absent on the blog. It was not planned at all, but life happened and I had a lot to deal with.

I want to say that I’ve missed blogging and the book community a lot the past few weeks.Read More »
